Japanese Prime Minister and Vietnamese President held talks

"Prime Minister Kishida reiterated that the situation in Ukraine is absolutely unacceptable and undermines the foundations of the world order, including in Asia," the Japanese Foreign Ministry said in a press release.

He also stressed the importance of decisive action to restore peace and stability to the international community.

In addition, the Japanese premier declared "the inadmissibility of unilateral attempts to change the status quo in the East China Sea."
