Pasjinjan recently told parliament that "the international community calls on Armenia to reduce its demands on Karabakh".
After the statement, the opposition demands his resignation.
Armenia and Azerbaijan have been in conflict over the area since the 1990s, which has also led to several armed conflicts over the region.
Most recently, in a six-week war in 2020, about 6,500 people fell and were killed before Russia announced a ceasefire.
In the settlement, Armenia had to relinquish certain areas, among other things.
But the fierce conflict is ongoing, with political moves in Yerevan and Baku and with armed skirmishes in the area.
