263 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of the rules of traffic safety and operation of air transport, negligently resulting in the death of a person), ”the ministry’s website reports.
According to investigators, the helicopter made a hard landing at the airport in the city of Mogochi in the Trans-Baikal Territory, as a result of which the aircraft caught fire.
