“In May 2022, make a one-time payment to disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War and participants in the Great Patriotic War living in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Lugansk People’s Republic and the liberated territories of Ukraine in the amount of 10,000 rubles,” the decree says.
Earlier, Putin signed a federal law that gives participants in a special military operation in Ukraine and Donbass the status of a combat veteran.
