To end the season in Hemavan, the so-called Water Splash was arranged on Walpurgis Night.

The annual tradition was interrupted during the pandemic, but now the show is back in full force.

- We have a great atmosphere on site, there are a lot of people in the audience and the skiers are in full swing, says Pontus Lindh, marketing manager for Hemavan alpine.

The competition, which is mostly about entertainment, is about getting down the hill and over a pool of water - as big as a small pool - in as creative a way as possible.

Participants have a chance to win the best costume and show, but there is also a secret competition category.

Both smaller children, young people and adults can be seen on the slopes.

- Many people ski, but some have even built a special craft, laughs Pontus Lindh.

It's a perfect end to a perfect season.
