Putin signed a decree on supporting volunteer activities in the territories of the DPR and LPR

“Assign the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs to organize work to provide support for volunteer activities in the territories of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Luhansk People’s Republic,” the decree says.

The Association of Volunteer Centers was instructed to form the composition of volunteers operating in the Donbass, to ensure their selection and training.

Earlier, Putin signed a decree on a one-time payment of 10 thousand rubles to veterans of the Great Patriotic War living in the Donbass and on the liberated territory of Ukraine.
