A video showing Ukrainian troops resisting Russian troops was released on the 30th near Izyum in Kharkiv Oblast, eastern Ukraine, where the fighting is intensifying.


In the video released by the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine, it was captured that smoke was rising one after another due to the attack on the Ukrainian side, and the Ukrainian side said that it bombarded Russian tanks and combat vehicles.



Regarding the war situation in eastern Ukraine, a senior U.S. Department of Defense official said on the 29th that Russian troops are gradually advancing south from Izyum, but are facing fierce resistance from the Ukrainian side. There is widespread view that the area will be a fierce battlefield.

Over 5.46 million people evacuated from Ukraine UNHCR

According to the UNHCR = United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the number of people evacuated from Ukraine after the invasion of the Russian army was more than 5.46 million as of the 29th.



The main evacuation destinations are Poland with about 3.01 million, Romania with about 810,000, Hungary with about 510,000 and Moldova with about 440,000.



In addition, about 650,000 people have evacuated to Russia.
