is an apartment in Dalseong-gun, Daegu, where Choo Kyung-ho, the deputy prime minister for economy, lives.

Candidate Chu reported moving in with his spouse on January 29, 2016 to run for the constituency ahead of the 20th general election.

[Apartment complex residents: Cars are coming...

.

Before the presidential election, I heard that you come here and get burned all the time?]

According to the resident registration table, candidate Choo Kyung-ho has been living in an apartment here with his wife for over 6 years.

We looked at Candidate Chu's political fund accounting report.

It is said that he paid about 52 million won over 6 years, up to 43 million won per month in apartment rent, 8 million won in management fees, and 1.45 million won in gas bills.

The title was written 'Accommodation for Uijeongbu activities'.

However, under the current law, political funds can only be spent for political activities and cannot be used for household support or subsidies.

The political fund accounting workbook published by the National Election Commission states that it is a violation of the Political Funds Act to use political funds to pay rent for an apartment where a family lives together.

Therefore, he pointed out that it is necessary to thoroughly manage the lodging for parliamentary activities so that third parties, such as family members, do not use it other than the legislator himself.

In response, Choo's side explained that it is true that he used political funds, but he does not think it is a violation of the Political Funds Act because his spouse is in Daegu, but he actually lives in Seoul.

However, he added that he would discuss whether to improve it as he recognized the possibility of the problem.
