The man from Winsenshaw, Manchester left his wallet in a taxi on the way home in June 2015, but could not find it because he did not know the taxi company.

Inside the box he recently received was a wallet he had lost 7 years ago.

What was even more surprising was that the driver's license, six bank cards and even £135 of cash were still in the wallet, which expired 5 years ago, and some notes and coins were too old to be circulated.

The caller, who identified himself as a 'Manchester taxi driver', said he had found a wallet in an old taxi and hoped all of his lost belongings were in it.

The man asked him to imagine how many passengers had been in the taxi during that time, and he said he couldn't believe his wallet had been returned.

Netizens responded, "It's the best conscience in the world. Thumbs up!", "How carelessly cleaned the interior would have been there for 7 years."
