Found on the floor in the morning
One night a few days later, the patient fell to the floor.
The person made several attempts to sound the alarm, but since the alarm was out of order, the person lay for several hours.
Only at eight in the morning did staff find the patient on the floor.
The person then complained of pain in the hip and was taken to hospital.
The municipality has now reported the incident to Ivo, where they write that they have conducted an incident investigation where the underlying causes have begun to be identified.
