It was the night of March 16 that a large fire broke out in the southern hospital area in Ängelholm.
Five adjoining buildings, including preschools and nursing homes for the elderly, were completely destroyed.

During the night, a man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of the act and later he and another man were arrested, both suspected of aggravated arson.
Both were living in the treatment home where the fire started.
Psychological disorder
The 20-year-old man has now undergone a forensic psychiatric examination.
There it was established that he was suffering from a serious mental disorder and did so at the time of the crime.
He has also acknowledged the act.
The two-year-younger suspected accomplice has undergone a small mental examination, a so-called section seven, where it could be established that he also suspects to suffer from a serious mental disorder.
The two men have already been punished, including for money laundering and assault.
