28-year-old was shot to death

It was in September last year that a 28-year-old man was shot to death on a cycle path in Växjö.

The murder is said to have been part of an ongoing gang conflict, where the victim had a leading position in drug trafficking.

It has been an extensive investigation, the police have conducted over 500 interrogations, and during the work have found both "large amounts" of cocaine and three weapons.

Two men charged with murder

The teenagers who have now been convicted have transported and hidden the weapon that was used in the shooting death of a 28-year-old man in Växjö last autumn.

Prosecution of the two men suspected of murdering the 28-year-old was brought on Wednesday.
