.

On April 1, Caroline Offrey, the director of the home, warned the brother of a resident that he had been the victim of sexual assault, acknowledging that there had been precedents.

The perpetrator is himself a resident of the home.

The gendarmerie had already received complaints

Alerted by the change in behavior of the victim, a 65-year-old autistic man, his brother filed a complaint with the gendarmerie.

She had already received three complaints, including one for rape.

The gendarmes then recorded the confessions of the alleged attacker, who would have attacked other residents, men and women, of the home.

The suspect returned to his family pending the outcome of the case.

Since 2011, Le Reynard has housed around ten people with mental disabilities, subjecting them to activities while leaving them independent.

The management defends itself from any negligence.
