CDG Express back in the news.

While a previous court decision had suspended the construction of the future fast train between Paris and Roissy airport, the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal finally validated its prosecution on Thursday.

In its judgment, the Court "considers, contrary to what the administrative court had judged, that the project is justified by an imperative reason of overriding public interest, making it possible to derogate from the provisions (…) of the environmental code concerning the protection of animal species”, specified this jurisdiction in a press release.
