On April 26, local time, German Defense Minister Lambrecht said that Germany will provide Ukraine with "Cheetah" anti-aircraft tanks.
According to foreign media reports, the tanks will be delivered to Ukraine by the German military company Krauss-Maffei Wegmann.
The company currently has about 50 "Cheetah" anti-aircraft tanks used by the Bundeswehr.
Previously, Germany only provided Ukraine with military equipment such as anti-tank weapons and protective equipment, excluding heavy weapons such as tanks.
