The chief prosecutor of the ICC (International Criminal Court), who is investigating alleged war crimes committed in Ukraine under the invasion of Russian troops, became independent of Russia at a meeting of the United Nations Security Council. He asked for cooperation in the investigation, but the Russian representative refused, saying that "the ICC has no justice."

The ICC in The Hague, the Netherlands, is investigating alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in Ukraine, which is being invaded by Russian troops, and is the capital where many civilians were found killed. We are investigating the situation such as Bucha near Kyiv.

In it, Chief Prosecutor Khan emphasized that the investigation was carried out with the cooperation of Ukraine, saying that 43 countries had requested to investigate the situation in Ukraine.

On the other hand, he said to Russia that he had sent three letters but did not respond, and said, "We just want to reveal the truth and have no political intention. Applies equally, "he said, calling for cooperation in an independent investigation by the ICC.

In response, a Russian representative insisted that "ICC has become a political tool and there is no justice," and expressed a willingness to reject the request.
