The previous mark for a club match in France was held by OL, already during a shock against PSG, in November 2019 with 30,661 spectators, in the Championship.

The PSG women's team, beaten 3-2 in the first leg in Lyon on Sunday, is playing its 10th match at the Parc des Princes and had already recorded its own record in the quarter-finals against Bayern Munich on March 30 (2-2 ), with 27,262 spectators.

During the Women's World Cup in 2019, the Parc des Princes had already welcomed more spectators, especially during the quarter-final lost by the Blue against the United States (2-1), in front of 45,595 people.

On French soil, the final of this World Cup-2019 between the United States and the Netherlands (2-0) brought together 57,900 spectators, at the Groupama stadium in Lyon.

These figures are still far from the world record for an official women's match, recorded on Friday at Camp Nou during the other C1 semi-final between Barcelona and Wolfsburg, with 91,648 spectators.
