The weather will be rather dry and sunny on Thursday, except in the south-west quarter and Brittany where it will be cloudier, according to Météo-France.

Wednesday's disturbance over the southwest will however lose its activity overnight and it could only rain over the Pyrenees and the Pyrenean foothills in the morning.

In the afternoon, clouds will appear on the reliefs of the Pyrenees, the Massif-Central and the south of the Alps bringing locally stormy showers.

Minimum temperatures will be between 4 and 9 degrees in the northern half, a little cooler in the Grand Est region where the thermometer may locally display values ​​close to 0 degrees.

On the south-west quarter it will be between 8 and 13 degrees and on the south-east between 4 and 10 degrees, locally up to 13 degrees over the Mediterranean regions.

It will be a maximum of 14-16 degrees on the Channel coasts and 18-23 degrees elsewhere, with peaks of up to 25 degrees in the Rhone Valley.
