The approval is as follows:
1. Agree in principle with the "Implementation Plan for Supporting Ningxia's Construction of a Pioneering Area for Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development in the Yellow River Basin" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), please organize and implement it carefully.
2. 3. The People's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region should effectively strengthen organization and leadership, improve the working mechanism, formulate supporting policies, implement the main responsibility, and ensure that the goals and tasks specified in the "Plan" are realized as scheduled.
Important policies, major projects and key projects involved in the implementation of the Plan shall be submitted for approval in accordance with procedures.
4. Relevant departments of the State Council shall, in accordance with the division of responsibilities, strengthen coordination and guidance on the implementation of the Plan, provide active guidance and support in policy implementation, institutional innovation, project construction, etc., and coordinate to resolve difficulties and problems encountered in the implementation of the Plan. question.
5.
