It is noted that this bill provides for the possibility of confiscation of assets of foreigners if the funds were received through the support of the Russian leadership or illegal actions.
The seized assets can be directed to the restoration of Ukraine.
Earlier it became known that US Attorney General Merik Garland was ready to support legislative initiatives that would allow the use of blocked Russian assets to help Ukraine.
