It is Visit Umeå that conducted a survey during the period first February to 15 March and has checked everything that was written about Umeå in connection with Rally Sweden. 

- With such a large investment from Umeå's side, it is obvious that we want to investigate how large the spread has become in the media.

It is important to get a clear picture but also exciting to see the impact that individual posts have had, says Gabriella Hed Vall acting CEO of Visit Umeå. 

According to the survey, the impact has been mostly on social media but also in the traditional media. 

The single largest international source that mentioned the rally was the British BBC with two news items during the period. 

- The Royal House with its more than 500,000 followers was one of the largest accounts that posted about the rally - of course in connection with the inauguration which was performed by Prince Carl Philip, says Gabriella Hed Vall.
