Russian President Putin has warned that if a third country tries to intervene in Ukraine, he will respond with blitz.

Tensions are escalating after US President Biden announced that he would visit Ukraine's support arms production plants.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has hinted at the possibility of a military response to a third-country intervention in Ukraine.



In a speech to the city council members of St. Petersburg, Putin said that he would "respond to any strategic threat from the outside by blitz".

He said he would visit the factory.



He is interpreted as a strategy to find defense companies directly and appeal to Congress for additional budget allocation.



European countries criticized Russia's gas supply cessation as a 'threat' and expressed confidence in responding.



Poland and Bulgaria, which Russia has cut off gas supplies, also said they would not yield to pressure.
