The first Taiwanese Enterprise Listing Service Alliance in mainland China was recently established in Xiamen, Fujian, and will provide a "one-stop" solution for Taiwanese enterprises to go public.
The alliance was jointly initiated and established by Xiamen Jimei District Finance Bureau (Listing Office), Jimei District Organization Department Talent Office, Jimei District Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau Office, and Jimei District Taxation Bureau, bringing together 28 departments and 4 professional service organizations in Jimei District. Provide "one-stop" service guidance for listing, such as listing cultivation guidance, policy implementation, tax risk prevention guidance, administrative approval "package" processing, etc., and support Taiwan enterprises to use the mainland capital market to become bigger, better and stronger.
Official data shows that from 2020 to 2021, 14 Taiwanese companies have been listed on the mainland, including 2 listed Taiwanese companies in Jimei District, and 1 Taiwan-funded NEEQ innovation-level company.
