13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia... A penalty in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 2 million rubles was imposed, ”said judge Timur Vakhrameev.

In particular, two articles contain information about the manufacture of gunpowder.

“This information is classified as prohibited,” Vakhrameev explained.
