It stipulates systems directly related to national security, coupled with relevant administrative regulations and rules formulated by the State Council and its departments, basically forming a national security legal system that adapts to my country's strategic security environment.

National security is the basic premise and important guarantee for the survival and development of a country.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we have formulated and revised more than 20 laws directly related to national security, and some laws stipulate systems directly related to national security. Regulations have basically formed a national security legal system that adapts to my country's strategic security environment.

  Tong Weidong pointed out that in the national security legal system, the National Security Law enacted in 2015 plays a leading, comprehensive and fundamental role. Tasks and institutional measures for national security in various fields.

Laws directly related to national security have also been formulated and revised: the anti-espionage law, the national intelligence law, and the cryptography law to maintain national political security; the export control law to maintain economic security; the national defense law, military service law, people's armed police law, military Facility Protection Law, National Defense Traffic Law, Coast Guard Law; Land and State Border Law to maintain homeland security; Anti-Terrorism Law to maintain social security, Domestic Management Law of Overseas Non-Governmental Organizations; Network Security Law, Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law; Biosecurity Law to Maintain Biosecurity; Nuclear Security Law to Maintain Nuclear Security.

In addition, an anti-foreign sanctions law has been formulated to counter the containment and suppression of my country by individual countries, a national security law for Hong Kong has been formulated, and a legal system and enforcement mechanism for safeguarding national security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have been established and improved.

  Tong Weidong said that these laws and systems, like battlements, bricks and stones, build the Great Wall of Law to safeguard national security, guard the peace of society, and guard the happy life of the people.
