We know who did it.
We know who prepared this provocation, by what means and what kind of people worked on it,” the head of the Russian state said.
According to him, the position of the negotiators after that has changed dramatically.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin called the incident in Ukrainian Bucha a fake.
The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin said that the investigators opened a criminal case after the Ukrainian provocation.
