Sergey Lavrov

On Monday, Lavrov warned the West not to underestimate the growing risk of a nuclear conflict over Ukraine, and said he believed that what NATO was doing by supplying arms to Ukraine meant "in essence, the Western alliance is engaged in a proxy war with Russia."
