A serious traffic accident occurred this Monday around 3 p.m. in Loriol-sur-Drôme (Drôme) between a bicycle and a truck.

The cyclist, a 43-year-old mother, found herself trapped under the wheels of the heavyweight, reports Le Dauphiné.

The victim was riding a bicycle with her 10-year-old daughter when the truck hit her.

It was trapped under the front wheels of the vehicle, which had to be raised to free the victim.

Seriously injured in the leg, hip and arm, she was rushed to hospital in Valence (Drôme).
