Region Västerbotten urges: Should you travel this summer - book vaccine time now

This summer, the Västerbotten region will not have the same capacity to vaccinate against covid-19 as now.

Now the Västerbotten region wants those who have not yet taken their second, third or fourth dose to do so if they are going abroad during the holidays.

According to vaccine coordinator Ronny Lestander, there is an increased spread of infection in other European countries and that even then there is a risk of a higher spread also in Sweden.

In addition, it can be a problem to get into some countries that require three vaccine doses.
