Two years ago there were 14 first-time applicants, before the autumn there is more than a doubling with 39 applicants.

Good job opportunities
For several years, nature management programs around the country have seen a steady increase in the number of applicants.
- I think it is due to a societal trend.
Then I think our school has a good reputation, says Westlund.
What are the job opportunities after the education for the students?
- The chances are good.
Every agricultural company employs more and more people, we have farms in Värmland that have 10-15 employees.
This means that even young people without a special agricultural background can get an education and easily get a job, says Anders Westlund.
