With prolonged restrictions on going out, authorities are nervous about growing public criticism and are tightening information controls.

This video, entitled "April Voice", is said to have collected the voices of citizens complaining of plight in Shanghai, where strict restrictions on going out are imposed, and was posted on SNS in China.

The approximately six-minute video began last month with a press conference that denied the view that Shanghai city officials would impose strict restrictions on going out throughout the city, and earlier this month, citizens were short of food and other daily necessities. Voices complaining that they are doing it and voices complaining that they cannot receive treatment at the hospital are summarized in chronological order.

After this video was posted, it was rapidly spread by people who sympathized with it after the 22nd, but it has been deleted one after another every time it is reprinted, and it is no longer viewable.
