“The data published today by the Russian Defense Ministry clearly proves that Washington, in close coordination with NATO partners, has moved to the final stage of working out provocations in Ukraine,” Zakharova wrote on Telegram.
She specified that such provocations "should convince the world community that Russia is using chemical warfare agents and biological agents."
Earlier, the head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense forces of the Russian Armed Forces, Igor Kirillov, said that the US State Department was ready to fabricate evidence about the use of chemical weapons by the Russian side.
He also noted that the cancellation of the order to storm Azovstal in Mariupol thwarted one of the scenarios of provocation by the United States and NATO countries to accuse Russia of using weapons of mass destruction in Ukraine.
