When the doors were opened to the big change of clothes day at ten o'clock, a crowd had gathered, both to hand in and to change clothes with each other.

You had to hand in as many garments as you wanted as long as they were whole and clean, and suitable for spring and summer weather.

After handing in the clothes, you received an entrance ticket for the actual change time, which was between 12:00 and 15:00.

- We want to let people change their clothes to try in a different way to get their clothes than to buy, says Evelyn Lindgren, one of the organizers.

Garments that collect dust

You had to choose a maximum of ten garments.

Clothes that were left at the end of the day will be donated to the second-hand shop.

Visitors that SVT Nyheter Norbotten spoke to have many garments that are at home and collect dust.

- We simply want to show people that you can become a circulator instead of a consumer, says Evelyn Lindgren.
