Earlier, Guterres asked to organize his visits to Russia and Ukraine.
Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that the UN Secretary General will arrive in Moscow on April 26 for talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
