The choir Rönninge Show Chorus is a three-time world champion in the choir-style barbershop during the years 2013, 2016 and 2019. They have also won the European Championships twice.
After the pandemic, the choir will compete in the European Championship on May 7 and now the choir is fully recovering.
- Our strength is that we have such an audience contact, says Eva Stahl, who sings in the bass part of the four-part barbershop choir.
The winner can compete in the WC
During the European Championships, the Nordic champion will also be selected, and it is the Nordic choir that will compete in the next World Cup in the USA.
- Yes, since no competitions have been held since then, we are still the reigning world champions.
