This is the amount mentioned by the Ukrainian President,

IMF recommends donations

A few days earlier, Ukrainian officials had informed the International Monetary Fund 

of a need for 5 billion dollars per month

to continue to operate the country's economy at least for the next few months, said Wednesday the director general of the IMF.

IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva reiterated her commitment to Ukraine, and recommends helping the government through grants rather than loans to avoid increasing the country's debt.
