  According to public information, Hu Yifeng, Mongolian nationality, was born in May 1954 and is a native of Karaqin Banner, Inner Mongolia.

He started work in March 1971, joined the party in July 1976, and has a university degree from the Central Party School.

He is also a second-level justice of the People's Republic of China.

  Hu Yifeng was an educated youth in his early years and entered the Baotou Railway Technical School in October 1973.

After two years of study in bridge and tunnel majors, he worked in Hohhot Railway Bureau for nearly 10 years.

In April 1984, he joined the Organization Department of the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and served as an officer of the Cadre Examination Office, deputy director and director of the League City Cadre Division.

  In June 1992, Hu Yifeng served as Deputy Secretary of the League Committee of the Ulanqab League and Secretary of the Chayouqian Banner Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

In July 1995, he was transferred to the Bayannaoer League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and later served as the deputy secretary of the league committee and the leader of the league.

  In January 2003, Hu Yifeng served as the executive deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee, and five years later he was transferred to the secretary general of the Standing Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Congress.

In January 2011, he served as President of the Higher People's Court of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region until January 2018.

  Hu Yifeng is the 20th central management cadre investigated this year.

  It is worth mentioning that on the 22nd, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission notified the national disciplinary inspection and supervision organs of the supervision, inspection and review investigation in the first quarter of this year: a total of 850,000 letters and visits were received, 338,000 clues to problems were handled, and 66,000 inquiries were received. 143,000 cases were filed and 112,000 were punished (including 93,000 party discipline punishments).
