Belarus has suspended the supply of energy to the Chernobyl facilities at the initiative of Ukraine

The report says that Belarus no longer supplies electricity to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, since Ukraine has connected the plant's facilities to its power grid.

“The decision to cut off the power supply to the Chernobyl NPP from the Belarusian energy system was made at the initiative of the Ukrainian side,” BelTA quotes the message.

In March, Belarusian power engineers established the supply of electricity to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
