The Mossos d'Esquadra have reported the arrest of a man allegedly related to the sexual assault suffered by a minor in Igualada (Barcelona), which occurred on the night of October 31 to November 1.
"We arrest a man in Igualada allegedly related to the sexual assault suffered by a young woman in this town on November 1. The Central Unit for Sexual Assaults of the DIC was in charge of investigating the case that remains under summary secrecy," they said. on his official Twitter profile.
The event occurred last November when the minor had gone to a disco with some friends, and
at dawn a truck driver found her, naked and unconscious, in a field
near the train station, after which he called the emergency.
Sources close to the case informed Europa Press that the young woman underwent several tests to evaluate her hearing capacity and that she will have to wear hearing aids due to hearing loss of almost 90 percent in one ear.
