“Now the road to the Kharkiv region from the Luhansk People’s Republic is free and safe and can be used to ensure the logistical supply of food, fuel, and to ensure the liberated territories of Kharkov, and to ensure the normal life of the civilian population,” LNR Interior Minister Igor Kornet told RIA Novosti.

He added that in the Kharkiv region, units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR "it was with battles that they reached the junction of our regions."

The Ministry of Defense previously reported that Russian servicemen delivered over 30 tons of humanitarian aid to the residents of Balakliya, Kharkiv region. 

It is noted that thanks to the Russian military, it was possible to open a bakery and a medical center.
