The Democratic Party's speed control may have been partly influenced by the growing voice of criticism within the party when Rep. Min Hyung-bae even left the party in order to enforce the bill to abolish the prosecution's investigation authority entirely.

Despite the criticism that the National Assembly is incapacitating the law it made by itself to prevent the majority party from unilaterally processing the bill, it seems that they cannot be free from any justification.

The people's power requested that the bill be additionally discussed for up to 90 days over the amendment to the Air Traffic Control Act, but the Democratic Party requested that then Rep. Choi Kang-wook of the Open Democratic Party as a mediator for the opposition party's share. After being appointed as a member of the Judiciary Committee, a two-thirds majority vote passed the bill in one hour, and immediately pushed to the plenary session of the Judiciary Committee.



It was a moment that effectively nullified the National Assembly Advancement Act with an overwhelming majority of seats.



The Democratic Party is saying that it is inevitable to normalize the prosecution and will use the same method as this time, but this time, a trick of 'disguised party withdrawal' has been added.



Even Jo Jung-hoon, the president of the transition period, who was elected through the Democratic Party's satellite party, criticized "the democratization seniors who were idols are turning into monsters."
