“We announced the decision to withdraw consent to the activities of the Consulate General of Latvia in St. Petersburg, the Consulate of Latvia in Pskov, the Consulate General of Estonia in St. Petersburg and its office in Pskov, the Consulate General of Lithuania in St. Petersburg,” the message says.

The heads and other consular officers of these missions have been declared persona non grata.

At the end of March, the Russian Foreign Ministry, as a response, announced the expulsion from the country of employees of the diplomatic missions of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
