According to the parliamentarian, perpetuating the memory of the Russian servicemen who showed heroism in the Donbass is extremely important, since the unfriendly collective West is trying to “strangle” the memory of the heroic deeds of our soldiers and officers during the Great Patriotic War.

“We have already developed a good practice in working with youth, in the work of libraries.

Today, special actions are being held to maintain memory, to develop patriotism on the example of the exploits of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.

And today we are already starting to tell children about the feat that our soldiers and officers perform every day in the Donbass,” Bessarab explained.

In her opinion, in Russia there is a great tradition - to name the heroes of the streets and schools, as well as to talk about their exploits on the pages of children's books.

Earlier, Vladimir Putin proposed to perpetuate the memory of the Russian military who died heroically in the Donbass.
