  The new regulations require that from May 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023, the summer air-conditioning temperature in all public buildings (except hospitals and nursing homes) shall not be lower than 27 degrees, and there are two degrees of adjustable space. Therefore, The set temperature of the thermostat should not be lower than 25 degrees.

  In addition, the temperature of the air conditioner in winter should not exceed 19 degrees, and the adjustable range of two degrees is also added. The maximum temperature setting of the thermostat should not be higher than 21 degrees.

  The report pointed out that after the new regulations come into effect, labor inspectors will supervise the work, and public administrations who violate the requirements will be fined between 500 and 3,000 euros.
