It was half past three in the morning, the night before Easter Eve, when the rescue service received an alarm about the fire at the cottage site and got ready to get there by helicopter and scooters.
- While waiting for the rescue service to arrive, our two cabin hosts made a heroic effort.
They woke up the cottage guests, counted them in, and hurried to remove all the gas bottles that were in a tin shed next to the burning wood storage, says Jenny Engström.
No person was injured in the fire which is under investigation.
- At present, we do not know what the technical investigation of the fire will come to, says Jenny Engström.
