“Since the beginning of the special military operation, the Kyiv regime has attracted to Ukraine, only according to open data, about 7 thousand foreign mercenaries from 63 states,” she said at a briefing.
Zakharova also stressed that NATO countries are doing everything to delay the active phase of the Russian special operation in Ukraine.
