Thursday weather: rainy on the southern half, sunny north of the Loire

In the south of the country as far as the Charente departments, Limousin and the south of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, rain or showers will remain on the program Thursday, announces Météo-France.

On the south of Aquitaine and Roussillon where it has already rained a lot on Wednesday, the precipitation will still be marked in the morning.

They will weaken in the afternoon and the sky will clear up a little around the Gulf of Lion thanks to a moderate tramuntana.

The easterly wind will blow in gusts of 60 to 80 km / h on the Island of Beauty

Elsewhere, showers will be more frequent in the afternoon, especially in the interior of Provence and from the south of the Massif Central to Limousin.

They will sometimes be accompanied by a clap of thunder.

In Corsica, the rains will be more regular and more and more sustained in the afternoon on the east of the island.

The easterly wind will blow in gusts of 60 to 80 km/h on the Côte d'Azur and the Island of Beauty.

On the Pyrenean chain, it will snow from 1,600/1,800 m altitude.

From Brittany and the Pays-de-la-Loire to Burgundy Franche-Comté, the sky will be well veiled, bringing rare showers from the tip of Brittany to the Vendée, over Berry, the northern Alps and the Jura.

Going up towards the north and the northeast, the conditions will remain very pleasant, very sunny or temporarily cloudy near the northern borders.

Maximums between 17 and 21 degrees

The minimum temperatures will be between 3 and 7 degrees in general on the northern half, between 6 and 11 in the south, up to 10 to 13 degrees near the Big Blue.

The maximum will not exceed 12 to 17 degrees over Aquitaine, Limousin and western Occitania.

They will reach 17 to 21 degrees over the rest of France.
