As the U.S. abolished the mandatory wearing of masks on public transport, the coronavirus is showing signs of spreading again.

According to the New York Times, the average number of new cases per day in the United States over the past week is 41,989, a 47% increase from two weeks ago.

In New York City, there were 190 new cases per 100,000 people in the past week, and when it exceeds 200 per 100,000 people, the Corona alert risk is raised from 'low' to 'medium'.

If the level of risk increases, quarantine regulations may be revived, such as checking whether or not vaccination is administered.
