During the day, the Prime Minister spoke to police officers who worked during the Easter weekend, and also received information from the municipality and representatives from the local community.

After the riots, Magdalena Andersson has already condemned the violence and written on Facebook that the police will grow and get more tools.

She has also announced that she wants to work to break new recruitment and segregation, which she believes feeds the criminal gangs.

She has written on Facebook that she wants it to happen with "all available means".

The interest in the Prime Minister's visit has been great and many young people have attended, SVT's reporter on site says.

Andersson, surrounded by police, young people and the media, opens the press conference:

- The right-wing extremist provocateur's hate message is not worthy of Sweden.

Bokbål is an abominable act that belongs in the dustbin of history, you have every right to protest against it.

But what we saw this weekend were not protests, but it was criminal acts orchestrated by gangs that hate our society, Andersson says.

- The testimonies I have received from the police are terrible, Andersson says.

At 5 pm, Magdalena Andersson answers questions from the media.
