Last month, Chinese aviation officials released a tentative investigation report on the 20th regarding the crash of a passenger plane that killed 132 passengers and crew in southern China, saying that the aircraft had not failed before the flight.

However, the cause of the crash has not been identified and the investigation will be continued.

A passenger plane of China Eastern Airlines carrying 132 passengers and crew crashed in the mountains of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in the south on the 21st of last month, killing all of them.

On the 20th, the Chinese aviation authorities, which have been investigating the cause of the crash, released the outline of the provisional investigation report submitted to the United Nations specialized agencies.

According to it, the pre-flight inspection was carried out as prescribed, there was no failure in the aircraft, and there were no problems with the control and monitoring system related to the flight.

In addition, the weather was good on the day, and there were no reports of dangerous goods being brought into the cabin.

On the other hand, the "black box" that records flight data collected from the crash site is severely damaged, and the data analysis work has not been completed.

It seems that the aircraft fell almost vertically, and some have pointed out that the crash may be related to human factors, but the investigation report says that the cause of the crash has not been identified. The investigation will be continued in the future.
